In Memoriam: M. Quentin Emick, Jr. "Quen"
Quen was a valued member of the Hampton Injury Law PLC firm (HIL) and we will forever miss his presence and voice in our lives. He was a talented trial attorney with many gifts for client advocacy, and was well loved for his sense of humor and outgoing personality. Quen began his career with HIL in January of 2021 and our heartfelt condolences are extended to his beloved family, friends, and clients. Quen Emick was an experienced personal injury and civil litigation attorney who brought more than 20 years of legal experience to Hampton Injury Law PLC. Quen devoted his career to representing and pursuing compensation for clients who had been injured as the result of the negligence and carelessness of large corporations or another individual. He had extensive negotiation, litigation, and trial experience in various personal injury cases involving damages ranging from millions of dollars to a few thousand.
Through his years of practicing law, he successfully handled cases for victims who had been harmed as a result of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Truck and Tractor-Trailer Accident, Premises Liability, Medical Negligence, and Malpractice, Defective Products, Wrongful Death, and Railroad (FELA) Employee Accidents and Injuries, as well as handling Insurance Disputes and Negotiated Settlements.
