Haley started her legal career as a legal assistant at a boutique firm in South Carolina, where she gained experience in plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal defense. She fell in love with the practice of law in every aspect. Haley moved to Virginia in 2019 and continued her paralegal career. She has been with Hampton Injury Law PLC since February 2021 and works as both a litigation paralegal and a workers’ compensation paralegal. Haley has her associate degree from Thomas Nelson Community College, and is finishing up her bachelor’s degree this year at Regent University.

Jordan joined Hampton Injury Law PLC as a Personal Injury Paralegal in 2021. She achieved her B.S. in Legal Studies from American Military University in 2018. Jordan has over seven (7) years of experience working as a legal assistant for a Southwest Virginia firm specializing in black lung and three years of experience working as a Case Systems Administrator for the Oakland Division of the United States District Court of Northern District of California.

Emmerson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2020 with a degree in Political Science. She began her legal career here at Hampton Injury Law, PLC where she has excelled. She started with the firm as a Receptionist/Legal Assistant and quickly moved up to Paralegal. Her favorite thing about working here is getting to help our clients.
